After about 30min running my feet/ usually just one goes numb. I have tried different shoes and that does not seem to matter much. I do not over tighten the laces (that I know of) A few years back I had a herniated disk from swimming and the pain from that is gone but I m afraid this might be a lingering affect. ANy ideas on things Icould try whould be great, thank you.

You should see a neurologist Other suggestions, have your feet measured and consider an orthotic for your athletic shoe. Most people stop measuring their feet around the age of 20 and think their shoe size will always be the same. I do not think that this is necessarily the cause of your problem but something to consider. An orthotic will offer additional support when you are running.
