sad.gif I know how you feel. I went to the Dr. and he gave me a cortizone shot. It helped tremendously. He said like the knee cap you have a floating bone and it hurts after a lot of pressure on it. He told me to get a insert and cut a hole in it where the problem is and it helps also. To measure put lipstick on the part of your foot that hurts then put your foot on the insert where you marked it cut a hole out there and he said don't guess where to cut the hole in the insert. Sounds corney but it works. good luck smile.gif

The last response may actually help. However, if you tend to wear dress shoes more than sneakers then you should consider a dress orthotic. They do make them so that they can be worn in dress or causal shoes. You should discuss this with your podiatrist and always tell them the type of shoe that you wear most often...it can help you to get the proper device.
