The gel heel cushions mention they are available in regular or "posted" but it doesn't say what "posted" is.

Can somebody explain?

This is probably one of the most commonly asked questions. Posting to the heel is a procedure done to place a foot in a more corrected position. This is often needed for those individuals with flat feet. If your podiatrist has told you that you have flat feet or pronated feet then you should use the posted gel cups.
