well its like little round really hard parts of skin which are brown and have little black dots(like verucas) in them and are begining to crack

it is only on my left foot

Well it does sound like a wart, since you mentioned the little black dots within the callused skin. You have to be careful since warts are a virus and can spread easily. I would not waste any time and go see a podiatrist ASAP to seek proper treatment before spreading can occur.
