Meath
Hi - I have had athletes foot for some years now... recently I have started to get pains in my heels... more so on the left foot.... I was told that it could be an infection from the athletes foot.... I got some good cream to clear this up.... My feet are currently clear of any infection.... best that have ever been I would say.
However, I am now getting this pain again... It is extremely sore especially when walking and putting pressure on it.... does anyone have any suggestions what this could be... someone suggested it could be a chipped bone in my foot or a heel spur.... can anyone throw some light on this problem.... and or possible solutions that I could try before splashing out money to a biomechanic that was recommended to me.... The pain is like someone sticking a rod up into my heal... I have also been experiencing some soreness around my knees... could this be related?
