Hi. I'm new. I've had foot issues for years. I am a healthy 32yr old male. EVERYTIME I play softball my feet get bruises on the bottom..and it hurts like hell to walk. 2x i went to a podiatrist but by the time i get the appointment my bruises are gone as is the pain. What causes this?

If you are not experiencing any trauma while playing softball then the cause may be that of ill fitting shoes. Do you wear a special type of athletic shoe and/or thick socks?
