Hello,

I have been embarassed about going to see the chiropodist.

The soles of my feet are always damp and it leads to the skin going white and then sore in the morning? I have tried moisturiser but it doesn't work.

I've tried research but don't know what it can be.

Thankyou
DOCTOR DNK
You sound as if you are suffering from severe sweating to the feet. I suggest that you make an appointment with your podiatrist who can prescribe a drying agent to help absorb the moisture. Also, wearing cotton socks will help as well as changing your shoes daily.
