Just in the last couple of days, I have noticed red irregular shaped lesions (like blisters under my skin) underneath the skin on both of my heels, in between my toes and on the ball of my foot. It is very painful. I cannot figure out what is going on. Does anyone know?

Blistering usually occurs as a result of a fungal infection or irritation from rubbing in shoes. Your condition sounds like a fungal infection. However, if you have never had a fungal infection then I recommend that you make an appointment with your podiatrist for an evaluation and possibe treatment. Also, prescribed anti-fungals tend to work better and quicker.
