I have several things going on with my feet but i can not find what this is.Has any one heard of it [sural neuritis] thanks for any info.I am in constant pain the other diognosis is plantar fascitis and osteoarthritis. I had broken heel bones as a child and wore orthidonic shoes with braces.maybe these problems go back that far.

You may need to return to wearing orthotics and/or orthopedic shoes.
