Hi i looked at my foot today and there was white spots on it almost like blisters but they are not. i have it on both feet and its patchy but has no texture. if anyone might know what this is please tell me . thanks

Your description is vague in description. Where are the lesions located, do they itch? If they continue to bother you then you need to be seen by either your medical doctor or the podiatrist.
