I need help finding a shoe for someone who has severe latex/rubber allergies, but also has diabetic feet with constant foot pain, needing support but flexibility and above all, comfort!! HELP!!!!!

That is going to be a difficult task. My recommendation would be a possible custom molded shoe. However, even thsi shoe is lilkely to be made in a facility which is also producing shoes with rubber. I am sorry that I do not have any better solutions for you. However, you need to discuss with a shoe store which makes the custom molded shoes and find out what they know about their particular labs.
