sad.gif I have gone to several websites due to a continuous problem that I am having with my feet. None of the websites that I have searched have even mentioned the area of my foot that is hurting. My foot cramps throughout the bones on top and I "pop" the muscles and it gives some relief but there is always a lingering pain like that of a minor "charley horse". My feet "pop" when I am barefoot and apply any pressure or walk. What is this? Why does it occur? What can I do?I am a 24 year old childless female and I tend to wear a variety of shoes depending on wardrobe or weather. I do not participate in sports, intense recreation, jogging/running or aerobics.
DOCTOR DNK
Well it sounds as if it is time for you to now try a consult with foot doctor. You are not always able to self diagnose yourself through websites. They can be informative and help clarify some questions you may have, but are no substitute for an evaluation. You need to possibly have some tests done and also the doctor can learn an whole lot simply by his/her thorough history. If this has been going on everyday for many days then it is time.
