Please help....any information on this subject would be helpful. I have only top foot pain in both feet. Not the toes, but on the top of my feet. When I am off my feet, it is fine. It is walking or running. I do not have any diagnosis as of yet, although I have arthritis, but it ONLY affects my feet, if it is arthritis. foot.com or Mobic do not help. Some days are worse than others. There is some swelling. No redness. Definitely pain to the touch. When I get my feet dipped in hot wax, it feels sooooo good. Or hot water.

Any suggestions?

Dear Regine
It's difficult to give you a definate diagnosis without a physical exam and detailed history. However, the pain may be due to a number of reasons: 1) arthritis 2) capsulitis/bursitis 3) callus 4) trauma..In order to get an accurate diagnosis you will need to follow-up with a Podiatrist for an evaluation.

Good-luck and thank-you for contacting foot.com,
