My right sole & heel are all cracked and dead since a long time. I use the foot scraper to scrap dead skin and apply aloe vera cream, but it's been no help
I can't even feel my big toe too(sole).
I feel it happened after I just wore slippers in the snow for 10 minutes and put my feet in hot water immediately after that. I am not sure if that's the reason. But it really hurts when I have to peel hard skin peeling off consistently
Any help

You need to make an appointment with a podiatrist. Treatment will consist of efficient removal of the hard skin, followed by treatment of the cracking and fissuring and advice on home treatment to be followed regularly. It is unlikely that the two extremes of cold caused this to happen, more likely would be for chilblains to appear. If the fissures remain untreated they are likely to become infected and very painful. Please see your podiatrist asap, you really needn't suffer with these as they are easily treated.

You need to make an appointment with a podiatrist. Many over the counter skin products are not very helpful in ridding one of callused skin. Often, this will require the routine of trimming by your podiatrist along with an urea based cream, which are prescription creams. You do not want to treat yourself with razors and pumice stones since these can cause serious harm. Also, if your skin is cracking, which is known as fissuring, this can be a site for bacteria to cause an infections. Many of the prescription creams are covered by insurance and do a wonderful job to make ones skin healthier and moisturized.

It sounds like frostbite

It seems that hard callousing would not result from frostbite. I had frostbite on a few of my toes, or maybe a more mild version 'chilblains.' The skin was reddish, and appeared slightly swollen with excess water, and taut like a filled balloon. And oh-boy did they ITCH. For years, my toes would ache if my feet were not properly protected from the cold weather, or cushioned from each other inside my shoes. But now it has been about 8 or 9 years since the condition first appeared; and my toes completely recovered at least 2 years ago.
Callouses are the body's way of protecting the skin from futher irritation. Remove the cause of irritation, such as improperly fitting shoes for example -- and of course seek treatment for the callous -- and usually the callous will soften or even disappear.
