If you wear a size 10 sneaker, should you buy size 10 - or should you go smaller or bigger? If so, how much should the difference be? I usually buy size 10, but I want to make sure this is good for the feet.
Thank you

Well you should buy your size shoe, but you also need to know the width component. It is very important to know the length as well as the width of your foot. That way you will know whether you need a 10 wide or narrow width. I would recommend that you go to a shoe store that has a certified pedorthist on staff to have a proper measurement of your foot taken. They will use a Brannock device to measure your foot and help you to find the proper fitting shoes.
